Abstract

A process and a device for producing vibrating concrete elements, preferably construction elements, comprising placement of a form on a shutter trestle 1, which is horizontal during the operation; placement of concrete steels, insulation, embedded components, assembly parts, etc. in the form; filling of concrete into the form; and vibration of the shutter trestle and the form. A base 4-6 supports the shutter trestle and a vibrator can be coupled to the shutter trestle 1 and the base 4-6. The invention is characterized in that the shutter trestle 1 is vibrated only horizontally in one or two directions, that the shutter trestle is vibrated within a range of frequency lower than the audibility range, and that the shutter trestle is vibrated by the use of at least one pair of interacting hydraulic cylinders 7,8, the cylinders lie in line with each other and are fixed in the shutter trestle 1 or the base 4-6 and can be coupled detachably to the base or the shutter trestle, the vibration frequency is adjusted by the use of a control member coupled to the hydraulic cylinders 7,8. <IMAGE>
