Abstract
The invention concerns a method for recovery of silver from a Pb/Ag cake by froth flotation according to which method froth flotation occurs using sulfuric acid as flotation agent or using sulfuric acid and a sulfidizing agent under strongly acid conditions in which the sulfuric acid concentration is 10-70 g/L and the solids content in the slurry is 100-300 g/L.
