Claims (6)

1. Förfarande för framställning av nya gonadoliberinderivat med den allmänna formeln (I) Glp-His-Trp-Ser-Tyr-Xi~X2-X3-Pro-X4 (I) vilka förmär frigöra luteniserande eller follikelstimuleran-de hormon och i vilken formel Xl är en 2-aminobensoesyra- eller 3-aminobensoesyragrupp, X2 representerar en leucyl-, tryptofyl- eller fenylalanyl-grupp, X3 representerar en arginyl-, leucyl- eller glutaminylgrupp och X4 stär för en glycylamid- eller etylamidgrupp, samt syraadditionssalter därav, kännetecknat av att a) valbart skyddade aminosyror kondenseras genom att använda stegvis- och/eller fragmentkondensering och därefter av-lägsnas de valbara skyddande grupperna, eller b) valbart skyddade aminosyror kondenseras stegvis medelst metoden för peptidsyntes i fastfas vid en fast bärare i lämplig ordningsföljd, slutprodukten avskiljs frän den fasta bäraren medelst sur eller alkalisk spjälkning och skydds-grupperna avlägsnas samtidigt med eller före eller efter spjälkningen frän hartsen.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, punkt a), kännetecknat av att en pentapeptidazid med formel (II) Glp-His-Trp-Ser-Tyr-N3 (II) kondenseras med en tetrapeptid eller pentapeptid med den allmänna formeln (III) Xl-X2-X3-Pro-X4 (III) il 31 85 C66 väri resterna Χχ, %2> χ3 oc^ χ4 ^ar samma betydelse som ovan.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, alternativ b), kännetecknat av att man använder benshydryl-aminharts säsom fast bärare.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav l, alternativ b), kännetecknat av att slutprodukten med skydds-grupper avlägsnas frän den fasta bäraren medelst vätefluorid-behandling.
