Claims (12)
1. Täckskiktmatrial pä fibertyg- eller vävbasis för fram-ställning av plattor försedda med täckskikt pä bägge sidor och framställda av vätskeformiga eller vätska innehällande utgängsmaterial, särskilt gipsplattor och polyuretan-(PU)- li 11 81391 härdskumsplattor, kännetecknat därav, att fiber-tyg- eller vävmaterialet pä ena sidan Sr försett med en be-lSggning, vars sammansättning Sr: 80-94 vikt-% pulverformigt oorganiskt material och 6-20 vikt-% bindemedel av torr total belSggning.
2. TSckmaterial enligt patentkravet l, känneteck-n a t dSrav, att bindemedlet Sr bildat av en plastdisper-sion med en torrsubstanshalt av 35-70 vikt-%.
3. TSckmaterial enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kSnne-t e c k n a t dSrav, att bindemedlet Sr bildat av en latex pä basis av styrol-butadien-blandpolymerisat.
4. TSckmaterial enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kSnne-t e c k n a t dSrav, att bindemedlet Sr bildat av en latex pä basis av polymerisat eller blandpolymerisat av akrylsyra eller metakrylsyra.

10. Täckmaterial enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-9, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att fibertyget eller väven har en yt-vikt mellan 35-350 gram per kvadratmeter och att anbringnings-vikten för beläggningen ligger mellan 150-450 gram per kvadratmeter .
11. Förfarande för framställning av täckmaterial enligt nä-got av patentkraven 1-10, kännetecknat därav, att en beläggningsmassa med en torrsubstanshalt av 70-80 vikt-% anbringas pä fibertyget eller väven medelst en rakel-anordning och torkas medelst cirkulationslufttorkning.
12. Användning av täckmaterial enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-10, för framställning av pä bäda sidor med täckskikt för-sedda plattor i en kontinuerlig plattillverkningsanläggning med över- och underhand.
