Claims (4)
1. Förfarande för framställning av föreningar, som innehäller en N-demetylmorfinanstomme och som har den all-5 männa formeln (III), 10 (III) Λ där
15 Z är -CH2-CH2- eller -CH-CH-, Y är syre eller gruppen R3R4, där R3 är väte och R4 är hyd-roxl, och Rj är väte eller C^-alkyl, kännetecknat därav, att en morflnanalkalold 20 med den allmänna formeln (I) I n-ch3 25 /—( \ /*\ \0/\J m där Rj1 är Cj.j-alkyl eller acetyl, och Y' är Y eller ace-30 tyloxl, omsätts med dlfosgen 1 1,2-dikloretan vld en tem-peratur av 0 - 120e i närvaro av ett alkallmetallkarbonat eller aikailmetallvätekarbonat, och utan att isolera det bildade N-klorkarbonyl-N-demetylderivatet, som har den allmänna formeln (II) 35 i6 81 5 8 ό o / ^Ϊ-C-Cl 5 Rj 10 ^ ^ ^ ^ YI 10 där Z, Y' och betecknar sanuna sora i den allraänna for-raeln (I), uppvärms detta i vatten eller 5-% saltsyralös-nlng.
