Claims (7)
1. Användning av ett perforerat membran som uppmätnings-och transportorgan för outspädd farmakologiskt aktiv sub-stans i mikroniserad fast form i förutbestämda doser av 0,1-50 mg av nämnda substans per administreringstillfälle, varvid membranet är anordnat i en inhalator, vilken innefattar ett munstycke (2), en luftkanal (6) förbunden med mun-stycket för passage av inandningsluften, en doseringsenhet (10) innefattande en förrädskammare (5) för verksubstansen och ett förskjutbart element (4), som utgörs av nämnda perforerade membran för dispensering av substansen frän förrädskammaren (5) tili luftkanalen (6), en manöverenhet (1) för förskjutning av det perforerade membranet i förhäl-lande tili förrädskammaren, varvid det perforerade membranet är anordnat i en hällare (9) i doseringsenheten (10), och en platta (13) anordnad intill membranet (4) för att hindra verksubstans frän att passera genom membranets (4) perfore-ringar när verksubstans tvängsmässigt införs i dessa med hjälp av en doseringsanordning (8), varvid membranet är förskjutbart anordnat i förhällande tili nämnda anordning (8), s ci. att i en första position verksubstans i mikroniserad 19 79947 fast form införs i perforeringarna i en delyta av membranet (4) och i en andra position införs nämnda delyta av membranet (4), innefattande perforeringarna som innehäller den förutbestämda mängden verksubstans, i luftkanalen (6) för inandningsluften.
2. Användning av ett perforerat membran enligt patentkra-vet 1, kännetecknad av att det perforerade membranet (4) är roterbart.
3. Användning av ett perforerat membran enligt patentkra-vet 1 eller 2, kännetecknad av att doseringsanordningen (8) omfattar fjäderbelastade skrapor (15) anordnade i för-rädskammaren (5).
4. Användning av ett perforerat membran enligt patentkra-vet 3, kännetecknad av att det perforerade membranet (4) trycks mot skraporna (15) genom en fjäder.
5. Användning av ett perforerat membran enligt patentkra-ven 2, 3 eller 4, kännetecknad av att perforeringarna i det perforerade membranet (4) har formen av stympade koner med den vidare öppningen riktad mot munstycket (2).
6.
