Claims (6)
1. FÖrfarande för utvinning av bly ur sulfidiska bly-rämaterial innehällande föroreningar av typ vismut, arsenik, antimon och tenn genom flamsmältning med syre innehällande gas, kännetecknat av att syrepotentialen och temperaturen vid f1amsmältningen avpassas sä, att den därvid bildade produkten kommer att väsentligen utgöras av en frän flyktiga, sulfidiska och metalliska föroreningar av nämnda typ väsentligen befriad blysulfidsmälta, att blysulfidsmä1tan bringas i kontakt med frän föroreningar av nämnda typ väsentligen fritt oxidiskt blymaterial under oxidering av dess sul-fidsvavelinnehäll och bildning av en frän svavel väsentligen fri smälta, ur vilken bly utvinnes genom separation, even-tuellt efter reducerande behandling av denna smälta eller del av dens amma.
2. FÖrfarande enligt krav 1, kännetecknat av att det oxidiska blymateriai et utgöres av en produkt er-hällen genom f1amsmältning med syre av en frän föroreningar av den nämnda typen väsentligen fri blysulfids 1ig.
3. FÖrfarande enligt krav 1 och 2, varvid f1amsmältning genomföres med hjälp av minst en första och minst en andra . lans, kännetecknat av att den första lansen mätäs med den väsentligen föroreningsfria blysulfidsligen samt överskott av syre, varvid denna första lans mynnar under ytan i det smältbad som bildas vid f1amsmältningen, och att den andra lansen mätäs med det sulfidiska, förorenings-haltiga blyrämaterialet och en bärgas med underskott av syre, varvid denna andra lans riktas mot och mynnar ovanför smält-badets yta.
4. FÖrfarande enligt krav 1 och 2, känneteck-* n a t av att f1amsmältningen genomföres i en med tvä separata f1amsmältschakt försedd ugn.
5. FÖrfarande enligt krav 1 och 2, känneteck-n.a t av att f1amsmältningen genomföres i ett motströms-förfarande i ett schakt indelat i tvä zoner, varvid det sulfidiska^ föroreningshaltiga blyrämäteria 1 et tillföres en Övre zon i schaktet tillsammans med en förhä11andevis syrefattig bärgas, li
