Claims (10)

PATENTTIVAATIMUKSET
1. Metyyli (2R*,4R*)-4-[[(5s)-3-(3,5- difluorifenyyli)-5-vinyyli-4H-isoksatsoli-5- karbonyyli]laminoltetrahydrofuraani-2-karboksylaatin (1) käyttö, joka esiintyy kahden seuraavan stereoisomeerin muodossa: kaavan (Ia) mukainen metyyli(2R,4R)-4-[[(5S)-3-(3,5-difluorifenyyli)-5- vinyyli-4H-isoksatsoli-5- karbonyylilamino]tetrahydrofuraani-2-karboksylaatti ja kaavan (Ib) mukainen metyyli(2S,45S)-4-[[(5S)-3-(3,5- difluorifenyyli)-5-vinyyli-4H-isoksatsoli-5- karbonyyli]laminoltetrahydrofuraani-2-karboksylaatti, itujen estämiseen: Na N N < | J s N i Do ; W | i 5 F (n G -
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen metyyli (2R*,4R*)-4-[[(58)-3-(3,5-difluorifenyvyli)-5- vinyyli-4H-isoksatsoli-5- karbonyylilaminoltetrahydrofuraani-2-karboksylaatin (I) käyttö yhdistelmänä vähintään yhden lisänä olevan itujen estoaineen kanssa itujen estämiseksi.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen metyyli (2R*,4R*)-4-[(5S)-3-(3,5-difluorifenyyli)-5- vinyyli-4H-isoksatsoli-5- karbonyyli]laminoltetrahydrofuraani-2-karboksylaatin (1) käyttö yhdistelmänä klooriprofaamin kanssa.
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen metyyli (2R*,4R*)-4-[(5S)-3-(3,5-difluorifenyyli)-5- vinyyli-4H-isoksatsoli-5- karbonyyli]laminoltetrahydrofuraani-2-karboksylaatin (I) käyttö yhdistelmänä piparminttuöljyuutteen kanssa.
5. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-4 mukainen metyyli (2R*,4R*)-4-[[(55)-3-(3,5- difluorifenyyli)-5-vinyyli-4H-isoksatsoli-5- karbonyyli]laminoltetrahydrofuraani-2-karboksylaatin (1) käyttö yhdistelmänä vähintään yhden lisänä olevan vaikuttavan aineen kanssa ryhmästä, joka käsittää rikkakasvien torjunta-aineet, hyönteisten torjunta- aineet, punkkien torjunta-aineet, sienitautien torjunta-aineet, suoja-aineet, lannoitteet ja kasvunsäätelyaineet.
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksissa 1-5 mukainen käyttö, tunnettu siitä, että kaavan (I) mukaista yhdistettä tai sen suoloja tai niiden yhdistelmiä tai koostumuksia levitetään sadoksi kerättyihin viljelykasveihin ennen itujen ilmestymistä tai sen jälkeen.
7. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1-6 mukainen käyttö, tunnettu siitä, että kaavan (I) mukaista yhdistettä tai sen suoloja tai niiden yhdistelmiä tai koostumuksia levitetään viljelykasveihin 0,01-2000 g yhtä tonnia kohden.
8. Menetelmä viljelykasveihin muodostuvien itujen torjumiseksi, tunnettu siitä, että kaavan (I) mukaisia yhdisteitä tai niiden suoloja tai niiden yhdistelmiä tai koostumuksia levitetään viljelykasveihin.
9. Patenttivaatimuksien 1-8 mukainen käyttö/menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että viljelykasvit ovat sipuleita, maniokkia (Manihot esculenta), bataatteja (Ipomoea batatas), jamsseja (Dioscorea spp.), maa-artisokkaa (Helianthus tuberosus) ja inkivääriä (Zingiber officinale).
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 mukainen käyttö/menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että viljelykasvi on peruna.
