Claims (11)
1. Videon koodausmenetelmä, joka käsittää seuraavaa: koodataan ainakin nykyisen kuvan nykyiselle ennusteyksikölle yhden lohkotason painotusindeksi, joka yksilöi ensimmäisen painon ja toisen painon, jolloin ainakin yhdellä ensimmäisestä ja toisesta painosta on arvo, joka ei ole yhtä suuri kuin O, 0,5 tai 1; ja kullekin nykyisen ennusteyksikön 4x4-yksiklölle: hankitaan ensimmäinen alilohkon liikevektori ja toinen alilohkon liikevektori — nykyisen ennusteyksikön affiinisen liikemallin perusteella ja ennustetaan = 4x4-yksikkö — ensimmäisen = referenssikuvan ensimmäisen referenssilohkon, johon ensimmäinen alilohkon liikevektori osoittaa, ja toisen referenssikuvan toisen referenssilohkon, johon toisen alilohkon liikevektori osoittaa, painotettuna summana, jolloin ensimmäistä referenssilohkoa — painotetaan ensimmäisellä painolla ja toista referenssilohkoa painotetaan toisella painolla; jolloin ensimmäinen paino ja toinen paino ovat samat kussakin nykyisen ennusteyksikön 4x4-yksiköistä.
2. Videon dekoodausmenetelmä, joka käsittää seuraavaa: dekoodataan ainakin nykyisen kuvan nykyiselle ennusteyksikölle yhden lohkotason painotusindeksi, joka yksilöi ensimmäisen painon ja toisen painon, jolloin ainakin yhdellä ensimmäisestä ja toisesta painosta on arvo, joka ei ole yhtä suuri kuin O, 0,5 tai 1; ja — kullekin nykyisen ennusteyksikön 4x4-yksiklölle: hankitaan ensimmäinen alilohkon liikevektori ja toinen alilohkon liikevektori nykyisen ennusteyksikön affiinisen liikemallin perusteella ja ennustetaan = 4x4-yksikkö — ensimmäisen = referenssikuvan ensimmäisen referenssilohkon, johon ensimmäinen alilohkon liikevektori osoittaa, ja toisen — referenssikuvan toisen referenssilohkon, johon toisen alilohkon liikevektori osoittaa, painotettuna summana, jolloin ensimmäistä referenssilohkoa painotetaan ensimmäisellä painolla ja toista referenssilohkoa painotetaan toisella painolla;

Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä tai patenttivaatimuksen 3 mukainen laite, jossa lohkotason painoindeksin koodaus käsittää painoindeksin yhdistämisen koodisanaan käyttämällä katkaistua unaarikoodia ja koodisanan entropiakoodauksen = bittivirrassa, jolloin painoindeksi osoittaa ainakin ensimmäisen painon.
6. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen menetelmä tai patenttivaatimuksen 4 mukainen laite, jossa lohkotason informaation dekoodaus käsittää koodisanan dekoodauksen bittivirrasta ja painoindeksin ottamisen talteen koodisanasta käyttämällä katkaistua unaarikoodia, jolloin painoindeksi osoittaa ainakin ensimmäisen painon.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä tai patenttivaatimuksen 3 tai 4 mukainen laite, jossa toinen paino identifioidaan vähentämällä ensimmäinen paino yhdestä.
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä tai patenttivaatimuksen 3 tai 4 mukainen laite, jossa ensimmäinen paino ja toinen paino identifioidaan ennalta — määritellystä painojoukosta.
