Abstract

Keksintö kohdistuu myllyyn, joka on tarkoitettu teräskuonan murskaamiseen siten, että saadaan eroteltua metallit ja kuona-aineet. Mylly muodostuu vaipasta (1), kannesta (2) ja pohjasta (3) ja myllyn sisällä on murskauselin (4, 5), jonka avulla teräskuona on hajotettavissa. Murskauselin muodostuu kahdesta, vastakkain pyörivästä roottorista; sisäroottorista (4) ja ulkoroottorista (5). Materiaali on syötettävissä (6) sisäroottorin (4) keskelle, josta se keskipakovoiman ansiosta sinkoutuu ulkoroottorille (5) ja edelleen alapuolella, pohjassa (3) olevien poistoaukkojen (7) kautta ulos. Ulkoroottorin (5) pyöritysakselin (13) ja sisäpuolella olevan syöttöputken (14) välissä on ilmarako (15), johon on johdettavissa paineilmaa ylhäältä, nuoli (16), sisään roottoreiden (4, 5) väliin. Paineilman mukana on syötettävissä (16) vettä, joka jakautuu pieniksi pisaroiksi paineilman sekaan.
