Abstract
Leijupetiprosessissa erityisesti kuivaamattomien hakkuutähteiden ja harvennusenergiapuun sekä viherbiomassan polttamista varten petimateriaaliin lisätään 30–100 % polttoaineperäisen tuhkan määrästä runsaasti kalsiumia ja/tai magnesiumia sisältävää helposti hienoutuvaa materiaalia polttoaineen sisältämien halogeeni- ja alkalikomponenttien sitomiseksi suoraan tai epäsuorasti muodostuvaan tuhkafraktioon. Prosessi käsittää edullisesti savukaasun sisältämän vesihöyryn latentin lämmön talteenottojärjestelmän. Ratkaisu mahdollistaa tuoreen, kuivaamattoman, erityisesti kloori- ja alkalipitoisen puuaineksen polton samanaikaisesti suurella hyötysuhteella ja pienentyneellä korroosiotaipumuksella kattilassa käytetyissä materiaaleissa, jolloin kattilan käyttöaste, käyttövarmuus sekä korjaus- ja huoltokustannukset paranevat oleellisesti.In the fluidized bed process, especially for the combustion of undried logging residues and thinning energy wood and green biomass, 30–100% of the amount of fuel-derived ash is added to the bed material with a readily pulverizable material rich in calcium and/or magnesium in order to bind the halogen and alkali components contained in the fuel directly or indirectly to the ash fraction formed. The process preferably comprises a latent heat recovery system for the water vapor contained in the flue gas. The solution enables the simultaneous combustion of fresh, undried wood, especially containing chlorine and alkali, with high efficiency and reduced corrosion tendency in the materials used in the boiler, thereby substantially improving the boiler's utilization rate, operational reliability and repair and maintenance costs.
