Description
TULEHTUNEEN IHON HOITOVOITEEN VAIKUTTAVAT AINEETACTIVE INGREDIENTS FOR IRRITATED SKIN CREAM
Tulehtunut iho ja sen hoitoInflamed skin and its treatment
Bakteerit, sienet, virukset ja alkueläimet voivat aiheuttaa ihoon pahoja tulehdustauteja. Pahoissa iho infektioissa esiintyy ihon märkimistä.Bacteria, fungi, viruses and protozoa can cause severe inflammatory diseases of the skin. Bad skin infections include swelling of the skin.
Yliherkkyysreaktiot aiheuttavat usein ihottumia ja erityisesti kosketusyliherkkyydet esiintyvät iholla. Erityisesti atooppinen iho on herkkä tulehtumaan. Atooppinen iho on erityisen infektioaltis.Hypersensitivity reactions often cause skin rashes, and in particular contact hypersensitivity occurs on the skin. Atopic skin in particular is sensitive to inflammation. Inflamed skin is irritated and often dry, especially atopic skin. In addition to dryness and irritation, very inflamed / atopic skin is hydrophobic and swollen. Atopic skin is particularly prone to infection.
In the treatment of inflamed skin, the healing ointment must be capable of killing inflammatory agents, promoting skin healing and protecting the skin from external stimuli, and preventing moisture from evaporating from the skin, as dry skin is prone to re-inflammation. In addition, the cream should not irritate the skin, so it is advisable to use as natural and skin-friendly substances as possible. Such substances include ozonized vegetable oils / fats (eg olive oil, sesame oil, sunflower oil or coconut fat, cocoa butter, shea butter), ceramides and hyaluronic acid.
Otsonoitu kasviöljy tai -rasva (esim. oliivi-, seesami-ja auringonkukkaöljy tai kookosrasva, kaakaovoi, karitevoi) (Miika Sallinen28.5.2015)Ozonized vegetable oil or fat (eg olive oil, sesame oil, sunflower oil or coconut fat, cocoa butter, shea butter) (Miika Sallinen 2.8.2015)
Otsonoidut kasviöljyt tai -rasvat parantavat monella eri tavalla tulehtuneen rikkoutuneen ihon. Positiivisia tutkimustuloksia on saatu kliinisissä tutkimuksissa, joissa otsonoiduilla öljyillä on hoidettu alla esitettyjä iho-ongelmia. • avohaavat • leikkausavanteet • palovammat • märkärupi ja muut pyodemat • jalkasieni • kynsisieni • ruusufinni • akne • muut ei-infektoituneet ihosairaudet • herpes • sukuelinten infektiot • valkojäkälä • suun tulehduksetOzonized vegetable oils or fats can heal broken skin in many ways. Positive results have been obtained in clinical trials using ozonated oils to treat the skin problems presented below. • open sores • surgical hoops • burns • scabs and other pyodoms • foot fungus • nail fungus • rosacea • acne • other non-infected skin diseases • herpes • genital infections • white lichen • oral infections
Antimikrobisia ominaisuuksia tutkittaessa otsonoitujen kasviöljyjen/-rasvojen on havaittu tappavan lähes kaikki tunnetut taudinaiheuttajat: bakteerit, sienet, virukset ja alkueläimet. In the study of antimicrobial properties, ozonized vegetable oils / fats have been found to kill almost all known pathogens: bacteria, fungi, viruses and protozoa.
Kasvutekijöiden tuotantoa ja kudoksia uusivia ominaisuuksia tutkittaessa on havaittu otsonoitujen kasviöljyjen/-rasvojen lisäävän selvästi verihiutaleesta johdetun kasvutekijän (PDGF, säätelee solun kasvua ja jakaantumista), transformoivan kasvutekijän betan (TGF-β, kontrolloi solujen erilaistumista) ja verisuonten endoteelin kasvutekijän (VEGF, saa aikaan verisuoten kasvua mm haavojen parantumisessa) määriä. Otsonoidulla oliiviöljyllä hoidetuissa haavoissa on havaittu kollageenin tuotannon lisääntyneen huomattavasti ja sidekudoksen säikeitä muodostavien solujen eli fibro-blastien määrien lisääntyneen noin kaksinkertaiseksi hoitamattomiin haavoihin verrattuna.Studies of growth factor production and tissue regeneration have shown that ozonized vegetable oils / fats clearly increase platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF, regulates cell growth and division), transforming growth factor beta (TGF-β, controls cellular differentiation), and growth of blood vessels (eg wound healing)). Wounds treated with ozonized olive oil have shown a marked increase in collagen production and an increase in the number of fibrous blast-forming cells, i.e., fibroblasts, to approximately double that of untreated wounds.
Antioksidantteja lisääviä ominaisuuksia tutkittaessa on havaittu otsonoidun kaakaovoin lisänneen antioksidanttien, superoksididismutaasi (SOD), katalaasi ja glutationiperoksidaasi, määriäStudies on antioxidant-enhancing properties have shown that ozonized cocoa butter has increased levels of antioxidants, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase and glutathione peroxidase
Aineenvaihduntaa tehostavia ominaisuuksia tutkittaessa on havaittu otsonoiduilla oliiviöljyllä käsiteltyjen urheilijoiden lihasten maitohappomäärien olleen vertailuryhmää pienempiä.When investigating the metabolic enhancers, the levels of lactic acid in athletes treated with ozonized olive oil were found to be lower than in the control group.
Keramidit ja atooppinen iho (Duodecim, Terveyskirjasto, Matti Hannuksela 22.1.2009)Ceramides and Atopic Skin (Duodecim, Health Library, Matti Hannuksela 22.1.2009)
Keramidit ovat ihon kuivumista estäviä sarveissolujen välissä olevia rasvoja. Atooppisen ihon ihosolujen kyky valmistaa keramideja on heikompi kuin normaalin ihon, mikä aiheuttaa ihon kuivumista. Toinen syy atooppisen ihon kuivumiseen saattaa olla keramideja hajottavien stafylokokkibakteerien esiintyminen iholla. Keramideja voidaan lisätä ihon sarveiskalvoon keramideja sisältävien voiteiden avulla.Ceramides are fats between the corneal cells that prevent the skin from drying out. The ability of atopic skin skin cells to produce ceramides is weaker than that of normal skin, which causes the skin to dry out. Another reason for atopic skin drying may be the presence of ceramide-degrading staphylococcal bacteria on the skin. Ceramides can be applied to the cornea of the skin using creams containing ceramides.
Hyauronihappo (Solunetti, RavintolisäWiki)Hyauronic Acid (Solunetti, SupplementsWiki)
Hyaluronihappo on hyvin pitkä glykosaminoglukaaneihin kuuluva polysakkaridi. Hyaluronihapon on havaittu edistävän haavojen paranemista.Hyaluronic acid is a very long polysaccharide belonging to glycosaminoglycans. Hyaluronic acid is found in the intercellular space almost everywhere in the body. Hyaluronic acid can bind water nearly 100 times its own weight to form a viscous transparent gel. It plays an important role in the transport of nutrients to non-vascularized tissues. connective and nerve tissues as well as skin and mucous membranes. Hyaluronic acid has been found to promote wound healing.
Kollageeni (Solunetti, Wikipedia, Haavan biologinen paraneminen)Collagen (Solunetti, Wikipedia, Biological Healing of Wound)
Kollageeni on tukikudoksen yleisin säiemäinen proteiini. Kollageenia esiintyy muun muassa luissa, rustoissa, jänteissä, ihossa sekä elinten ympärillä. Noin 40 % elimistön proteiinien kokonaismassasta on kollageenia. Kollageeneja on yli 20 eri tyyppiä, joilla on yleensä tietyt esiintymispaikat kehossa. Kollageenit ovat määrältään merkittävin soluväliaineen molekyyleistä, tyypin I kollageenin ollessa elimistön yleisin proteiini. Kollageenien elinikä kehossa on yleensä poikkeuksellisen pitkä.Collagen is the most common filamentous protein in the underlying tissue. Collagen is found, among other things, in bones, cartilage, tendons, skin and organs. Collagen is approximately 40% of the total body protein. Collagens are the most important structural proteins in cellular media and connective tissue that maintain tissue structures. There are more than 20 types of collagens that usually have specific sites in the body. Collagen is the most abundant molecule in cellular media, whereas type I collagen is the most common protein in the body. Collagen life in the body is usually exceptionally long.
Kollageenimolekyyleillä on suuri vetolujuus, joka johtuu niiden kolmoiskierteisestä rakenteesta. Toistuva Gly - X - Y aminohappojärjestys mahdollistaa kolmoiskierteen syntymisen.Collagen molecules have a high tensile strength due to their triple-helix structure. The repeated Gly - X - Y amino acid sequence allows for a triple helix.
Ihovaurioissa kollageenia muodostuu haavan paranemisen toisessa eli ihon uudelleen muodostumisvaiheessa, joka käsittää granulaatiokudoksen syntymisen, haavan reuna-alueiden lähentymisen kohti toisiaan ja epiteelin kasvamisen. In skin lesions, collagen is formed during the second stage of wound healing, i.e., the formation of granulation tissue, convergence of the wound edges, and growth of the epithelium.
Collagen is used as an ingredient in skin care products because of its high moisture content, its ability to bind and retain water many times its weight. This feature makes it an effective protective factor in moisturizers. Collagen also forms a kind of locking surface which reduces moisture evaporation and thus enhances the moisturizing effect.
Hoitovoiteen vaikuttavat aineetActive ingredients in a cream
A very important thing in a therapeutic lotion is that the active ingredient is absorbed into the skin in order to heal the skin as effectively as possible. Ozonized plant rays / fats are antimicrobial and thus good for killing inflammatory agents. They promote healing of the skin but are poorly absorbed in dry and atopic skin. Used alone, ozonized vegetable oils / fats will only treat superficially dry and atopic skin.
Keramidit puolestaan estävät kosteuden haihtumisen iholta ja suojaavat ihoa. Kun otsonoituun kasviöljyyn/-rasvaan lisätään keramideja sisältävää seerumia tai voidetta, saadaan uusi voide, jonka keramidit kosteuttavat kuivan ihon estämällä kosteuden haihtumista ja kosteutettuun ihoon otsonoitu kasviöljy/-rasva pääsee imeytymään ja parantamaan tulehtuneen ihon.Ceramides, in turn, prevent moisture from evaporating from the skin and protect the skin. Adding a serum or ointment containing ceramides to the ozonized vegetable oil / fat provides a new ointment which moisturizes the dry skin by preventing the evaporation of moisture and allows the moisturized skin to absorb and heal the inflamed skin.
Lisäämällä voiteeseen hyaluronihappoa, saadaan voiteesta kosteuttavampi ja otsonoitujen kasviöljyjen/-rasvojen imeytyminen ihoon paranee.By adding hyaluronic acid to the ointment, the cream is moisturized and the absorption of ozonated vegetable oils / fats into the skin is improved.
The addition of collagens, the skin's structural proteins, to the cream promotes skin healing. The addition of collagen makes the cream more moisturizing. Empirically, I have discovered that collagen to enhance the absorption of the cream into the skin, and the ointment to the skin restorative materials (ozonated vegetable oils / fats) can influence further into the skin. Thus, the cream's healing effect is enhanced. Applying regular ozonized vegetable oils / fats and a cream containing ceramides and / or hyaluronic acid and / or collagens for an extended period of time will strengthen atopic and dry skin and will not irritate as easily as before.
