Abstract

Keksinnön kohteena on menetelmä ja laitteisto pakkauslaatikon (20) muodostamiseksi. Menetelmässä muodostetaan pakkauslaatikko lähtien esikäsittelemättömästä olennaisen suorasta ja tasaisesta määrämittaisesta laatikkoaihioista (7), johon tehdään tarvittavat tilauskohtaiset merkinnät ja taivutuslinjat (9b) ja joka taivutetaan tämän jälkeen putkimaiseksi aihiokappaleeksi (12) ja leikataan tilauskohtaisesti eri pakkauslaatikoiden korkuisiksi laatikkorungoiksi (15), jotka varustetaan suoralla pohjalla ja toimitetaan tuotepakkaukseen. Laitteistoon kuuluu laatikonmuodostuslinja (2) pakkauslaatikon (20) muodostamiseksi levymäisestä laatikkoaihiosta (7).
