Abstract
Magnoninen elementti spiniaaltoemissioiden tuottamiseksi. Elementti käsittää ainakin yhden magneettisen materiaalin vyöhykkeen, joka sisältää ainakin yhden nastautuneen magneettisen domeeniseinän, ja aktuaattorin kyseisen ainakin yhden nastautuneen magneettisen domeeniseinän liikuttamiseksi. Keksinnön mukaan aktuaattori käsittää sähköisen aktuaattorin, joka on sovitettu oskilloimaan kyseistä ainakin yhtä nastautunutta magneettista domeeniseinää oskillaatiotaajuudella sellaisten spiniaaltojen tuottamiseksi, joilla on mainittua oskillaatiotaajuutta vastaava taajuus. Yhden sovellutusmuodon mukaan kyseisen ainakin yhden magneettisen materiaalin vyöhykkeen viereen on järjestetty ainakin yksi kytkeytymisvyöhyke, ja kytkeytymisvyöhyke on kykenevä kytkeytymään magneettisen materiaalin vyöhykkeen kanssa mainitun nastautuneen magneettisen domeeniseinän synnyttämiseksi siihen. Esillä olevaa elementtiä voidaan käyttää spiniaaltoja emittoivana elementtinä magnonisessa logiikkakomponentissa.
