Nyt esillä oleva keksintö liittyy yleisesti peliteknologiaan sekä pelaamisessa käytettävään viestintä- ja ohjelmistoteknologiaan ja erityisesti langattomassa pelaamisessa käytettävään järjestelyyn ja pelipalvelimeen sekä langattoman pelaamisen päätelaitteeseen ja päätelaitteen sovellusohjelmaan. Keksinnön mukaiselle langattoman pelaamisen päätelaitteelle (14), (24), (31), (39–41) on tunnusomaista se, että mainittu langattoman pelaamisen päätelaite (14), (24), (31), (39–41) käsittää kosketusnäytön (15), (25), (32), ja että mainittu päätelaite (14), (24), (31), (39– 41) on sovitettu pelaajalle objektien (16), (29), (34), (45–48) ampumiseen mainitulta kosketusnäytöltä (15), (25), (32) kohti langattoman pelaamisen näyttölaitetta (19) siten, että mainittu päätelaite (14), (24), (31), (39–41) on sovitettu havaitsemaan pelaajan kosketuksen kosketusnäytöltä (15), (25), (32), päättämään mainittua kosketusta vastaavan pelaajan ampuman objektin (16), (29), (34), (45–48) ammuntatiedon ja lähettämään mainitun ammuntatiedon langattomasti pelipalvelimelle (38), (44).The present invention relates generally to gaming technology and to communication and software technology used in gaming, and in particular to an arrangement and game server used in wireless gaming, as well as to a wireless gaming terminal and an application program for the terminal.
