Abstract
Keksintö koskee menetelmää lignoselluloosamateriaalin kuiduttamiseksi, jossa menetelmä käsittää lignoselluloosamateriaalin käsittelyn ionisella nesteellä sekä mainitun lignoselluloosamateriaalin oleellisesti ehjien kuitujen talteen ottamisen. Keksinnön toinen tavoite on aikaansaada aktivoitu ja/tai oleellisesti ehjä kuitu, jolloin lignoselluloosamateriaalia käsitellään ionisella nesteellä ja mainitun lignoselluloosamateriaalin oleellisesti ehjä kuitu otetaan talteen. Keksintö koskee lisäksi keksinnön oleellisesti ehjän kuidun käyttöä biopohjaisten materiaalien valmistuksessa, erityisesti biomuovien, edullisemmin polymeerijohteiden, ärsykkeisiin reagoivien polymeerien, biopohjaisten polymeerikomposiittien, keraamien, kudosten tai elastomeerien valmistuksessa. Keksintöön sisältyy myös menetelmä paperin, pahvin, massan tai vastaavien valmistamiseksi ionisella nesteellä käsitellyistä lignoselluloosamateriaalin kuiduista, jotka on otettu talteen oleellisesti ehjinä kuituina.The invention relates to a method for defibering lignocellulosic material, the method comprising treating lignocellulosic material with an ionic liquid and recovering substantially intact fibers of said lignocellulosic material. Another object of the invention is to provide an activated and/or substantially intact fiber, wherein the lignocellulosic material is treated with an ionic liquid and the substantially intact fiber of said lignocellulosic material is recovered. The invention further relates to the use of the substantially intact fiber of the invention in the production of bio-based materials, in particular in the production of bioplastics, more preferably polymer conductors, stimuli-responsive polymers, bio-based polymer composites, ceramics, fabrics or elastomers. The invention also includes a method for producing paper, cardboard, pulp or the like from lignocellulosic material fibers treated with an ionic liquid and recovered as substantially intact fibers.
