Abstract
keksinnön kohteena on levylämmönsiirrin, joka käsittää lukumäärästä lämmönsiirtolevyjä muodostetun levypakan, jossa lämmönsiirtolevyjä on kiinnitetty toisiinsa pareittain levypareiksi. Levypakkaa ympäröi vaippa, jolloin vaipan läpi on järjestetty tulo- ja poistoyhteet ensimmäiselle ja toiselle lämmönsiirtoaineelle. Ensimmäisen lämmönsiirtoaineen tulo- ja poistoyhde on järjestetty yhteyteen levypakan sisäosien kanssa, ja toisen lämmönsiirtoaineen tulo- ja poistoyhde on järjestetty yhteyteen vaipan sisäpuolen eli levypakan ulkopuolen kanssa. Lämmönsiirtolevyihin on järjestetty aukkoja, jotka asetettu vierekkäisissä levyissä kohdakkain niin, että niistä muodostuvat ainakin toisen lämmönsiirtoaineen tulo- ja lähtökanava levypakan sisään. Ainakin osa, edullisesti kaikki, lämmönsiirto-levyistä on muodostettu kahdesta tai useammasta päällekkäin tiiviiseen kontaktiin järjestetystä levyelementistä, jotka on kiinnitetty toisiinsa ainakin levyelementtien aukkojen ulkokehiltä. Keksinnön kohteena on myös menetelmä levylämmönsiirtimen paineenkestävyyden parantamiseksi. (Fig.3)
