Abstract

Keksintö koskee menetelmää kartonkipohjaisen muotokappaleen valmistamiseksi ja valmistuksessa käytettävää muottia. Kartonkipohjaisesta aihiosta A muotoillaan ruiskuvaluolosuhteissa puristusmuovaamalla muotokappale, jossa pohjan ja sivuseinämän välinen kohta taipuu muotokappaleen muodostamiseksi. Muotoilemiseen käytetään muottia, jonka avulla vähennetään kartonkiaihion ja muotin välistä kitkaa. Tämä kitkan aleneminen on saatu aikaan ensin karhentamalla ja sitten pinnoittamalla muotin kartonkiaihion kanssa kosketuksiin joutuvia pintoja.
