Abstract

Keksinnön kohteena on menetelmä kiertomassareaktorin (1) toiminnan parantamiseksi, jossa kiertomassareaktorissa (1) ainakin osa kiertomassareaktorissa (1) muodostuvien savukaasujen sisältämästä lämmöstä siirtyy kiertomassareaktorissa (1) kiertämään järjestettyyn leijumateriaaliin (2), ja johon kiertomassareaktoriin (1) kuuluu ilmanjakolaitteet (23), polttoaineen syöttölaitteet (26), leijukammio (4), nousukammio (7), erotinlaite (8,9) leijumateriaalin (2) erottamiseksi savukaasuista, paluukanavisto (17, 20, 21), jonka kautta leijumateriaali (2) on palautettavissa takaisin leijukammioon (4), sekä lämmönsiirtimet (11,13) veden höyrystämistä ja/tai höyrystyneen veden tulistamista varten. Menetelmässä paluukanavisto (17, 20, 21) muodostetaan ainakin yhdestä jäähdytetystä paluukanavasta (20, 21), jossa osa sen kautta kulkevan leijumateriaalin (2) sisältämästä lämpöenergiasta otetaan talteen, sekä ainakin yhdestä jäähdyttämättömästä paluukanavasta (17), jossa sen kautta kulkevan leijumateriaalin (2) virtaus on järjestettävissä olennaisen adiabaattiseksi, ja ainakin osa lämmönsiirtimistä (11,13) sijoitetaan jäähdytettyyn paluukanavaan (20, 21) lämpöenergian talteenottamiseksi leijumateriaalista (2), ja leijumateriaali (2) ohjataan paluukanavistoon (17, 20, 21) siten, että nousukanavan (7) kautta kulkevan leijumateriaalin (2) kokonaisvirran ja jäähdytettyjen paluukanavien (20, 21) kautta palaavan leijumateriaalivirran erotus on ohjattavissa jäähdyttämättömään paluukanavaan (17). (Fig.1)The invention relates to a method for improving the operation of a circulating mass reactor (1), in which at least part of the heat contained in the flue gases formed in the circulating mass reactor (1) is transferred to the fluidized material (2) arranged to circulate in the circulating mass reactor (1), and in which the circulating mass reactor (1) includes air distribution devices (23), fuel supply devices (26), a fluidization chamber (4), a riser chamber (7), a separator device (8,9) for separating the fluidized material (2) from the flue gases, a return duct (17, 20, 21) through which the fluidized material (2) can be returned back to the fluidization chamber (4), and heat exchangers (11,13) for vaporizing water and/or superheating the vaporized water. In the method, the return duct system (17, 20, 21) is formed from at least one cooled return duct (20, 21), in which part of the thermal energy contained in the fluid material (2) passing through it is recovered, and at least one uncooled return duct (17), in which the flow of the fluid material (2) passing through it can be arranged to be essentially adiabatic, and at least some of the heat exchangers (11, 13) are placed in the cooled return duct (20, 21) to recover thermal energy from the fluid material (2), and the fluid material (2) is directed to the return duct system (17, 20, 21) in such a way that the separation of the total flow of the fluid material (2) passing through the riser duct (7) and the flow of the fluid material returning through the cooled return ducts (20, 21) can be directed to the uncooled return duct (17).
