Abstract

Menetelmä ja laitteisto hienojakoisten epäpuhtauksien poistamiseksi kuitupitoisesta suspensiosta, jossa kuitupitoinen suspensio käsitellään ainakin kahdessa käsittelyvaiheessa (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e) siten, että siitä muodostuu kuituja sisältävä aksepti ja epäpuhtauksia sisältävä rejekti. Käsittelyvaiheet (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e) on yhdistetty toisiinsa niin, että edeltävästä käsittelyvaiheesta (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d,) saatava rejekti johdetaan seuraavan käsittelyvaiheen (2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e) syötteeksi. The treatment steps (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, 3e) include at least one first treatment step (2a, 3a), to which the fibrous suspension to be treated is directed, and one second treatment step (2b, 3b), whereby the acceptor obtained from at least one second treatment step (2b, 3b) is directed to at least one additional treatment step (4, 5) to remove fine impurities from the acceptor.&sr;Fig. 1
