Abstract

Keksintö kohdistuu laitteistoon (1) metallurgisesta sulatusreaktorista laskettavan sulafaasin (2) laskuaukon (3) avaamiseksi ja sulkemiseksi, johon laitteistoon kuuluu ainakin välineet sulafaasin jähmettämiseksi ja jähmettyneen sulan sulattamiseksi, välineet laitteiston tuomiseksi laskuaukon läheisyyteen, jolloin laitteistoon kuuluu ainakin yksi lämpöä johtava elementti (5), joka suljettaessa laskuaukkoa (3) on jäähdytettävissä ja avattaessa laskuaukkoa kuumennettavissa. Lisäksi keksintö kohdistuu menetelmään metallurgisesta sulatusreaktorista laskettavan sulafaasin (2) laskuaukon (3) avaamiseksi ja sulkemiseksi laitteistolla, johon kuuluu ainakin välineet sulafaasin jähmettämiseksi ja jähmettyneen sulan sulattamiseksi, välineet laitteiston tuomiseksi laskuaukon läheisyyteen, jolloin laitteistoon kuuluu ainakin yksi lämpöä johtava elementti (5), joka suljettaessa laskuaukkoa (3) jäähdytetään ja avattaessa laskuaukkoa kuumennetaan.&sr;Fig. 1The invention relates to an apparatus (1) for opening and closing a discharge opening (3) for a molten phase (2) discharged from a metallurgical smelting reactor, the apparatus comprising at least means for solidifying the molten phase and melting the solidified melt, means for bringing the apparatus close to the discharge opening, the apparatus comprising at least one heat-conducting element (5), which can be cooled when the discharge opening (3) is closed and heated when the discharge opening is opened.
