Abstract

Keksinnön kohteena on leijukäsittelylaitteisto (100). Leijukäsittelylaitteisto (100) käsittää yhden tai useamman materiaalinkäsittelymodulin (110) ja valinnaisen ilman/kaasunkäsittely-yksikön (130), ja kukin materiaalinkäsittelymoduli (110) sisältää 1-32, edullisesti 1-16 itsenäisesti toimivaa leijutusyksikköä (120) ja kukin leijutusyksikkö (120) käsittää kiinteän tai vaihdettavan leijutuskammion, ilman/kaasunvirtauksen säätö- ja mittauslaitteen (10), joka on elektroninen kuumalankatuontoelinlaite tai staattiseen paine-eroon perustuva laite ja valinnaisen ilman/kaasun lämmittimen/jäähdyttimen. Lisäksi keksinnön kohteena on menetelmä materiaalin prosessoimiseksi leijukäsittelylaitteistossa (100). Leijukäsittelylaitteistossa (100) suoritetaan yksi tai useampi yksikköoperaatio samanaikaisesti, materiaali on samaa tai eri materiaalia kussakin leijutuskammiossa ja materiaalin määrä kussakin leijutuskammiossa on sama tai eri.&sr;(FIG. 4)The invention relates to a fluid processing apparatus (100). The fluid processing apparatus (100) comprises one or more material processing modules (110) and an optional air/gas processing unit (130), and each material processing module (110) includes 1-32, preferably 1-16 independently operating fluidization units (120), and each fluidization unit (120) comprises a fixed or replaceable fluidization chamber, an air/gas flow control and measurement device (10), which is an electronic hot wire supply device or a device based on a static pressure difference, and an optional air/gas heater/cooler. The invention also relates to a method for processing a material in the fluid processing apparatus (100). In the fluidization processing apparatus (100), one or more unit operations are performed simultaneously, the material is the same or different material in each fluidization chamber, and the amount of material in each fluidization chamber is the same or different.&sr;(FIG. 4)
