Abstract

Tasavirtavalokaariuunin käytön aikana uunin komponentteja valvotaan ei-toivottujen valokaarien ilmaisemiseksi. Komponenttien välille muodostetaan jatkuva ensimmäinen pieni-impedanssinen reitti. Kun valokaari on havaittu, muodostetaan ensimmäisen pieni-impedanssisen reitin rinnalle komponenttien välille toinen johtava reitti, jolla on ennalta määrätty impedanssi, valokaaren sammuttamiseksi. Kun valokaari on sammutettu, toinen reitti katkaistaan uunin palauttamiseksi normaaliin toimintaan. Kuva l.
