CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA GENERAL (II), EN LA QUE HETK REPRESENTA UN HETEROCICLO DE 5 MIEMBROS, EVENTUALMENTE SUSTITUIDO, CON UN ATOMO DE AZUFRE Y CON 1 A 2 ATOMOS DE NITROGENO O CON 1 A 3 ATOMOS DE NITROGENO, PUDIENDO ESTOS HETEROCICLOS TAMBIEN ESTAR CONDENSADOS CON BENZO; Y X REPRESENTA UN GRUPO REACTIVO, FACILMENTE SEPARABLE, CON ME2S2, REPRESENTANDO ME UN METAL ALCALINO. DE APLICACION EN EL TRATAMIENTO DE ENFERMEDADES DEL SISTEMA DE INMUNIDAD.
