COMPRENDE: A) DISOLVER UNA MEZCLA DE DROGA Y POLIMERO HIDROFILO EN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO VOLATIL; B) DISTRIBUIR LA DISPERSION SOBRE UNA LAMINA DE SOPORTE IMPENETRABLE POR LA MEZCLA; C) ELIMINAR EL DISOLVENTE DE LA MEZCLA, PARA PRODUCIR UNA PELICULA ENTRE 0,05 Y 0,5 MM; D) APLICAR UNA CAPA ADHESIVA Y E) CORTAR LA LAMINA REVESTIDA, PARA FORMAR PARCHES INDIVIDUALES PARA LA ADMINISTRACION TRANSDERMICA DE LA DROGA CON SUPERFICIES DE 10 CM. LA DROGA SE SELECCIONA ENTRE BOPINDOLOL, TIZANIDINA Y DEMASTINA; EL POLIMERO HIDROFILO TIENE UN PESO MOLECULAR MEDIO ENTRE 50.000 Y 300.000 Y ES UN POLIACRILATO O COPOLIMERO QUE LLEVA GRUPOS TRIALQUILAMONIOALQUILESTER Y LA LAMINA DE SOPORTE ES POLIESTER ALUMINIZADO. SE UTILIZAN COMO ANTIALERGICOS.
