CONSISTE EN OBTENER DOS SECUENCIAS DE ADN MEDIANTE ENDONUCLEASAS DE RESTRICCION; INSERTAR DICHAS SECUENCIAS EN UN VECTOR MEDIANTE ADN-LIGASA, EN UN MEDIO TAMPONADO A UN PH ENTRE 6,5 Y 8,8, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 0JC Y 38JC, LA PRIMERA DE CUYAS SECUENCIAS CODIFICA UN FRAGMENTO DE LA MOLECULA DE UNA TOXINA Y LA SEGUNDA CODIFICA UNA PORCION DE UN LIGANDO POLIPEPTIDICO QUE HACE POSIBLE LA UNION SELECTIVA DE DICHA PROTEINA A UNA CELULA DETERMINADA.
