CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UN INDENILOXIPROPANO DE FORMULA GENERAL (II), CON UNA AMINA DE FORMULA GENERAL: H2N-CH2CH2-Z, EN LA QUE Z REPRESENTA UN ATOMO DE HALOGENO, Y EN PRESENCIA DE UNA BASE PARA FORMAR UNA MEZCLA DE LA 2-(7-INDENILOXIMETIL)MORFOLINA Y LA 2-(4-INDENILOXIMETILMORFOLINA), DE FORMULA GENERAL (III). A CONTINUACION SE TRATA LA MEZCLA OBTENIDA O DE SUS SALES DE ADICION DE ACIDO CON UN ACIDO O CON UNA BASE, EN UNA CANTIDAD INFERIOR A LA ESTEQUIOMETRICA PARA ISOMERIZAR LA 2-(4-INDENILOXIMETIL)MORFOLINA. DE APLICACION COMO AGENTE ANTIDEPRESIVO.
