Abstract
The cpds of formula (I), in which R1 is H, nitro or halogen and R2 is phenyl or phenylalkyl, for use as an anti-histamine agent, are made by (a) reacting an amine of formula (II) with CS2 in basic medium in presence of ethyl chloroformate to give an isothiocyanate of formula (III) and (b) treating this with a cpd of formula (IV) in chloroform with a current of nitrogen.
