METODO PARA OXIDAR HIDROCARBUROS Y MONOXIDO DE CARBONO EN UNA CORRIENTE GASEOSA. CONSISTE EN PONER EN CONTACTO A LA CORRIENTE GASEOSA CON UN CATALIZADOR QUE TIENE UN OXIDO CERICO EN CONTACTO INTIMO CON UNA PORCION SUSTANCIAL DE OXIDO METALICO DE TIPO P, PLATINO Y G-ALUMINA DE ALTA SUPERFICIE ESPECIFICA DISPERSOS SOBRE UN SUSTRATO REFRACTARIO QUE CONTIENE UN OXIDO METALICO DE TIPO P. LA G-ALUMINA DE ALTA SUPERFICIE ESPECIFICA CONTOIENE RODIO DISPERSO SOBRE TIARRAS RARAS Y ESTABILIZADO POR OXIDO DE BARRIO, Y EL OXIDO METALICO DE TIPO P SE ELIGE ENTRE OXIDO DE AMONIO Y VARIA DE 0,1 A 10% EN PESO COMBINADO DE OXIDO DE METAL TIERRAS RARAS (OXIDO CERICO/OXIDO METALICO DE TIPO P).
