Abstract

The invention relates to the flask- or bottle-making industry. It is proposed to produce a decoration by depositing on the substrate first of all a sublayer which has exactly the contours of the final decoration, then a final layer which adheres to the lower substrate which adheres to the sublayer, so as to overlap at least all the surface of the sublayer, then in removing any overspill of the final layer with respect to the sublayer. The invention makes it possible to produce very delicate inscriptions and in general decorations which have a good appearance on glass objects such as flasks or bottles.
