THE SLEEVE HAS A PORTION EXPANDED AT ONE END (17) TO BE LOCATED IN THE TUBE INSIDE THE TUBE PLATE AND A MULTIPLICITY OF SLOTS AT THE OTHER END OF THE SLEEVE.
