Method for providing a surface layer of a rubber, normally incompatible with the poly (vinolo chloride), which has applications for the manufacture of solid, tissue or layer conveyoring tapes, impregnated, to a poly-based substrate (vinolo chloride) with poly (vinyl chloride). Comprises the application to the substrate of a layer of an uncured nitrile rubber adhesive compound, with a thickness less than 0.5 mm; followed by the application of a second cover layer of an uncured rubber, normally incompatible with the poly (vinyl chloride); and, finally, treatment of curing of the resultant stratificate.
