Abstract
The compsn. contains the following proportions by wt.: pyrogallic acid 3.7%, salicylic acid 9.6%, castor oil 23.8%, ebro oil 15.4%, solid medicinal vaseline 47.5%. The mixt. is homogenised and left to stand for 5-6 hrs. at 12-20 deg. C before packaging. In certain cases, it is necessary to complete application of the pomade with a liq. mixt. of liq. medicinal vaseline and castor oil.
