CONSISTE EN EL CULTIVO DE NOCARDIA-SPATCC39.043 EN UN MEDIO NUTRITIVO ACUOSO, QUE CONTIENE FUENTES ASIMILABLES DE CARBONO Y DE NITROGENO HASTA LA OBTENCION DE UNA ACTIVIDAD ANTIBIOTICA ADECUADA, SEGUIDO DE LA SEPARACION DEL COMPLEJO ANTIBIOTICO DEL MEDIO DE CULTIVO. DEL COMPLEJO ANTIBIOTICO SE PUEDE SEPARAR CUALQUIERA DE SUS COMPONENTES.
