IT CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING STEPS: 1) PREPARE A DNA SEQUENCE ENCODING THE POLYPEPTIDE, EXCIDE A CLONING VECTOR, COMBINE THE DNA SEQUENCE, THE CLONING VECTOR AND A CONTROL SEQUENCE TO FORM A RECOMBINANT DNA MOLECULE, TRANSFORMATION OF A HOST WITH THE RECOMBINANT DNA MOLECULE, CULTIVATE THE TRANSFORMED HOST AND COLLECT THE POLYPEPTIDE. 2) TRANSFORM A HOST WITH A RECOMBINANT DNA MOLECULE. 3) CULTIVATE A TRANSFORMED HOST. THE HOST USED IS A BACILLUS HOST.
