COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: PRIMERA, SE SOMETEN LAS ESCORIAS GRANULADAS A UNA FASE DE HOMOGENEIZACION, EN LA QUE LOS CONTENIDOS DE OXIDOS PERMANEZCAN DENTRO DE UN PORCENTAJE MINIMO, DEL ORDEN DEL 2%; SEGUNDA, SE SOMETEN LAS ESCORIAS A UN PROCESO DE SECADO EN UNA CAMARA DE COMBUSTION CUYA CAPACIDAD ALCANCE LAS 1.800 THERMIAS POR HORA; TERCERA, EL PRODUCTO SECO OBTENIDO EN LA FASE ANTERIOR SE TRITURA EN UNA PLANTA DE MOLIENDA HASTA ALCANZAR UNA GRANULOMETRIA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 0 Y 1 MM; Y POR ULTIMO, EL MATERIAL PULVERIZADO SE SOMETE A UN PROCESO DE DESFERRITADO.
