PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE COMPUESTOS DE GUIANIDINIO DE FORMULA (I), EN QUE R1 Y R2 SON UN GRUPO ALCOHILO, 2-HIDROXIALCOHILO O ALQUELINO, Y A ES UN ANION. SE BASA EN LA REACCION DE UNA AMINA DE FORMULA (II) CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA O ALCOHOLICA DE CIANAMIDA, EN UNA RELACION: 4 MOLES CIANAMIDA/MOL DE AMINA. LA REACCION SE EFECTUA A TEMPERATURA DE 90 A 50 C Y EN PRESENCIA DE UN ACIDO MINERAL, TAL COMO ACIDO ACETICO, LACTICO, FORMICO U OTROS. OPCIONALMENTE TAMBIEN SE PREPARAN LOS COMPUESTOS DE FORMULA (I) POR REACCION DE LA AMINA DE FORMULA (II) CON SULFATO DE METOXIUREA O SULFATO DE S-METILTIOUREA. DE APLICACION COMO AGENTES BIOCIDAS CONTRA BACTERIAS GRAM-POSITIVAS Y GRAM-NEGATIVAS, HONGOS CON MICELIO, MOHOS Y ALGAS.
