Abstract

METODO DE UNION DE PLANCHAS DE ACERO DE HORNO ELECTRICO MEDIANTE ADHESIVOS PARA SU UTILIZACION EN APLICACIONES ELECTRICAS. CONSISTE EN UNIR POR LAMINACION PLANCHAS DE MATERIAL DE TIRA DE ACERO DE HORNO ELECTRICO DE ALEACION DE HIERRO-SILICIO (3 POR 100 DE SI) Y CON GRANO ORIENTADO Y DE ESPESOR INFERIOR A 0,5 MM. MEDIANTE UN ADHESIVO FENOLICO TERMOPLASTICO DE FORMA QUE QUEDEN ELECTRICAMENTE AISLADAS. LA UNION SE REALIZA EN FORMA SUSTANCIALMENTE INSTANTANEA A UNA TEMPERATURA INFERIOR A 399 C, RESULTANDO UNAS TENSIONES TOTALES RESIDUALES DE COMPRESION INFERIORES A 70,3 KG/CM2, SIENDO LA CAPA ADHESIVA FINAL RESISTENTE A LOS ATAQUES DE LOS ACEITES DIELECTRICOS Y DE ESPESOR INFERIOR AL 10 POR 100 DEL GROSOR TOTAL. LA RESISTENCIA DE LA UNION DE DICHA CAPA ADHESIVA ENTRE LAS PLANCHAS ADYACENTES RESULTA MAYOR DE 140,6 KG/CM2. MEDIDOS EN TENSION UNIAXIAL. EXISTEN ALTERNATIVAS DE FABRICACION EN LAS QUE SE EMPLEA MATERIAL DE TIRA AMORFO DE ESPESOR INFERIOR A 0,1524 MM., ASI COMO OTRAS EN LAS QUE SE AÑADE UN AISLANTE ELECTRICO ESPECIFICO EN FORMA DE REVESTIMIENTO DEL TIPO DE VIDRIO FOSFATICO, SILICATO DE MAGNESIO O SIMILARES. SE UTILIZA EN DISPOSITIVOS, ELECTRICOS, TALES COMO TRANSFORMADORES, GENERADORES O MOTORES ELECTRICOS, DEBIDO A LA REDUCCION DE LOS ESPESORES DE LAS PLACAS DE ACERO.
