Abstract

A powder or paste composition capable of forming a stable dispersion in an aqueous medium comprises particles of a water insoluble or poorly soluble solid component coated with a water soluble polymer or polymer mixture. The composition may be made by coating said particles of water insoluble or poorly soluble solid component with said water soluble polymer or polymer mixture, if desired with simultaneous or subsequent drying. The products are of use in e.g. the pharmaceutical, plant protecting, cosmetic or dye industries.
