METODO PARA LA OBTENCION DE PROTEINAS DE INTERFERON HUMANO DE FORMA LE Y ANTIINTERFERON ESTRICTAMENTE ESPECIFICO PARA LAS ESPECIES ACTIVAS; FORMULACION DE UNA PREPARACION QUE CONTIENE LA PROTEINA O PROTEINAS DE DICHO INTERFERON. EL METODO CONSISTE EN APLICAR UNA DISOLUCION ACUOSA, QUE CONTIENE PROTEINAS DE INTERFERON HUMANO DE FORMA LE CON UNA ACTIVIDAD ESPECIFICA DE 50.000-100.000 UIF POR MG, TAMPONADA A UN PH DE 6,5-8, CON UNA CONCENTRACION IONICA QUE NO EXCEDA SUSTANCIALMENTE DE LA DE UNA DISOLUCION REGULADORA DE FOSFATO DE 10-100 MM Y OPCIONALMENTE EN UN DISOLVENTE REGULADORA DE AGUA, SOBRE UN LIGAMENTO INMOVILIZADO EN UN MATRIZ CAPAZ DE FIJAR EL INTERFERON, Y POSTERIORMENTE ELUIR EL INTERFERON. TAMBIEN SE PUEDE APLICAR UN METODO BASADO EN EL CULTIVO DE UN MICROORGANISMO QUE LLEVA CODIFICACION ADN PARA LA PRODUCCION DE PROTEINAS DE INTERFERON DE FORMA LE O PROTEINAS QUE TIENEN SUS DETERMINANTES INMUNOLOGICOS SIGNIFICATIVOS.
