Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION CONTINUA DE COPOLIMEROS DE POLICARBONATO-POLIETER. CONSISTE EN INTRODUCIR EN UN REACTOR QUE SE ENCUENTRA REFRIGERADO UNA SOLUCION ENFRIADA DE BISFENOL A, POLIALCOHILENGLICOL Y PIRIDINA Y UNA SOLUCION ENFRIADA DE FOSGENO. LA CANTIDAD DE FOSGENO QUE SE INTRODUCE SE APORTA CON UN EXCESO DE MENOS DE 10 POR 100 CON RESPECTO DE BISFENAL A Y POLIALCOHILENGLICOL. TAMBIEN SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE LOS TUBOS DE INTRODUCCION DE LA SOLUCION EN EL REACTOR TERMINAN POR ENCIMA DEL NIVEL DEL LIQUIDO DE LA MEZCLA DE REACCION; DE ESTA FORMA ENTRAN EN CONTACTO ENTRE SI Y REACCIONAN SOLO DENTRO DE LA MEZCLA AGITADA DE REACCION. LA SOLUCION OBTENIDA EN EL REACTOR, MUY VISCOSA, DE COPOLIMERO DE POLICARBONATO Y POLIETER, SE ROCIA EN UN RECIPIENTE POR MEDIO DE UNA BOQUILLA PARA VARIOS COMPONENTES. EL COPOLIMERO PRECIPITADO SE LLEVA SOBRE UNA CINTA PERFORADA TAMIZADORA O SIMILAR, Y SE PURIFICA SOBRE ESTA.
