Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE FOSFATO DE CALCIO. CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: 1) ADICION AL MINERAL DE ACIDO FOSFORICO, UN ADITIVO SODADO Y LOS FINOS RECICLADOS. EL MINERAL DE PARTIDA TIENE APROXIMADAMENTE UN DIAMETRO MEDIO DE 150 MICRONS. EL ACIDO FOSFORICO EMPLEADO ES DE UN 25 A 35 POR 100 DE P2O5, EMPLEANDOSE EN FRIO O A 50-60GC. 2) ACONDICIONAMIENTO A UNA TEMPERATURA SUPERIOR A 100GC PARA LOS HUMOS DE CALCINACION EN FORMA DE GRANULOS COMPRENDIDOS ENTRE 0,5 Y 5 MM. 3) CALCINACION A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 1.180 Y 1.250GC; ESTA OPERACION VA PRECEDIDA POR UNA FASE DE PRECALENTAMIENTO A UNOS 700GC. LA CALCINACION SE EFECTUA EN LECHO FLUIDIZADO O EN HORNO GIRATORIO. 4) TEMPLE DEL PRODUCTO CALCINADO CON AIRE FRIO DE FORMA QUE EN MENOS DE 2 MINUTOS LA TEMPERATURA DESCIENDE A MENOS DE 800GC. COMO REACTIVO SODADO PUEDE EMPLEARSE CARBONATO DE SODIO O HIDROXIDO DE SODIO.PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING CALCIUM PHOSPHATE. IT CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING STAGES: 1) ADDITION TO THE MINERAL OF PHOSPHORIC ACID, A SODATED ADDITIVE AND THE RECYCLED FINES. THE STARTING ORE HAS APPROXIMATELY AN AVERAGE DIAMETER OF 150 MICRONS. THE PHOSPHORIC ACID USED IS 25 TO 35 PER 100 P2O5, USED COLD OR AT 50-60GC. 2) CONDITIONING AT A TEMPERATURE HIGHER THAN 100GC FOR CALCINATION FUME IN THE FORM OF GRANULES BETWEEN 0.5 AND 5 MM. 3) CALCINATION AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 1,180 AND 1,250GC; THIS OPERATION IS PRECEDED BY A PREHEATING PHASE AT ABOUT 700GC. CALCINATION IS CARRIED OUT IN A FLUIDIZED BED OR IN A ROTARY FURNACE. 4) TEMPERING THE CALCINED PRODUCT WITH COLD AIR SO THAT IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES THE TEMPERATURE DECLINES TO LESS THAN 800GC. SODIUM CARBONATE OR SODIUM HYDROXIDE CAN BE USED AS A SODA REAGENT.
