CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA GENERAL (I) EN EL QUE CUALQUIER GRUPO AMINO PRIMARIO ESTA PROTEGIDO Y CO2R1 ES UN GRUPO ESTER ESCINDIBLE, *FORMULA* CON UN COMPUESTO (II) Y UN COMPUESTO (III). A CONTINUACION SE SEPARA CUALQUIER GRUPO PROTECTOR DEL AMINO Y POR ULTIMO, SI SE DESEA, SE CONVIERTE EL ESTER FORMADO EN EL CORRESPONDIENTE ACIDO LIBRE O SAL.
