Abstract

The exercising apparatus has a horizontal spring impact surface similar to a trampoline. Immediately above this surface (12) is an upright elastic casing (14) under strong tension its dimensions being the same or smaller than the outer periphery of the surface, and typically formed by a spring cloth stretched taut in a frame. The internal space (17) enclosed by the casing can be divided into compartments by elastic partitions (20, 22) stretched taut.
