Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO Y DISPOSITIVO PARA LA OBTENCION DE FOSFORO ROJO. EL PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN: 1. INTRODUCIR FOSFORO AMARILLO EN UN MOLINO DE BOLAS CERRADO Y PREVIAMENTE CALENTADO A 280-590 GRADOS. LA CANTIDAD DE FOSFORO INTRODUCIDO DE MANERA CONTINUA, SE REGULA EN FUNCION DE LA TEMPERATURA DE REACCION. 2. ENFRIAMIENTO DEL FOSFORO ROJO QUE TRAS SER CUBIERTO CON AGUA SE MUELE Y SE EXTRAE DEL MOLINO EN UNA SUSPENSION ACUOSA. ANTES DE INTRODUCIR EL FOSFORO AMARILLO, SE HACE EL VACIO EN EL MOLINO Y A CONTINUACION SE LLENA DE GAS INERTE. EL DISPOSITIVO CONSTA DE: A) UN TAMBOR LLENO DE BOLAS Y DOTADO DE ARBOLES CAPACES DE GIRAR, DE LOS CUALES AL MENOS UNO HUECO. B) UN ALOJAMIENTO AISLANTE DONDE VA INCLUIDO EL TAMBOR. C) DISPOSITIVO DE CALEFACCION. D) DISPOSITIVO DE DOSIFICACION CON UN TUBO DE APORTACION DOBLADO EN ANGULO.
