PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE LIGANTES DE ESMALTE CATODICAMENTE DEPOSITABLES. CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR DE 3 A 70 MOL DE GRUPOS EPOXIDO DE UN POLIMERO CON UN EQUIVALENTE DE EPOXIDO ENTRE 180 Y 1.500 A TEMPERATURAS DE 80 A 160GC CON UN ADUCTO DE POLIISOCIANATO QUE PRACTICAMENTE NO PRESENTA NINGUN GRUPO NCO LIBRE. COMO POLIMERO PORTADOR DE GRUPOS EPOXIDO SE INCORPORA PROPORCIONALMENTE AL LADO DE DI O POLIGLICIDILETERES DE FENOLES Y/O DI O POLIALCOHOLES, POLIBUTADIENOS EPOXIZADOS. LA REACCION ENTRE LOS GRUPOS EPOXIDOS DE POLIMERO Y LOS GRUPOS CARBOXILO DEL ADUCTO DE POLIISOCIANATO, SE REALIZA EN PRESENCIA DE CATALIZADORES ALCALINOS Y EVENTUALMENTE EN PRESENCIA DE DISOLVENTES.
