Abstract
Un procedimiento para la producción de cemento hidráulico y precursores de cemento que comprende alimentar un material desmenuzado dentro de una zona de plasma precesivo expandido en un reactor de plasma del tipo en que al menos una pistola de plasma se mueve orbitalmente alrededor de un eje vertical y es dirigida oblicuamente a dicho eje de órbita vertical hacia un contraelectrodo opuesto, permitir que dicho material desmenuzado descienda a través de la zona de plasma y recoger el material que sale desde dicha zona de plasma, caracterizado porque dicho material tiene un contenido sustancial de sílice o alúmina y cuando está totalmente calcinado tiene una relación de Ca0 : Si02 : Al203 indicado por las zonas sombreadas de la figura 9 y tiene un contenido de Ca0 menor de 55% o en el margen de 58-72%, conteniendo dicho material en el estado calcinado hasta 6% de Mgo, hasta 6% de óxido de hierro y hasta 10% de otros materiales.
