Abstract

Método de secar sangre sin destruir los sólidos de la sangre ni descargar efluentes contaminantes, que comprende desmenuzar la sangre para romper los glóbulos y grumos o terrones existentes en ella, coagular el plasma de la sangre a temperaturas bajas, comprimir o prensar la sangre coagulada y desmenuzada sobre un tambor secador rotatorio calentado a temperaturas suficientes para evaporar el contenido de agua de la sangre sin destruir ni formar polvo con el contenido de sólidos de la sangre, para formar una película sobre el tambor, secar la película sobre el tambor a medida que ésta gira con el tambor, separar por rascado la película seca desde el tambor, y triturar la película para formar una harina de sangre seca de un tamaño de partícula deseado.
