Abstract
Procedimiento para la admisión del caldo metálico a un molde de fundición de tipo oruga durante la fundición de bandas anchas de metales no-ferromagnéticos, en especial de aluminio o aleaciones de aluminio a un molde de fundición de tipo oruga, inclinado ligeramente por 3º hasta 30º con respecto a la horizontal, a través de una tobera de alimentación de material refractario, caracterizado porque, en evitación de un contacto prematuro con la pared de moldeo de las mitades de coquillas en circulación el caldo metálico es conducido a una mazarota en el espacio hueco del molde de fundición por debajo del nivel metálico de tal manera, que el mismo alcanza a través de dicha mazarota prácticamente sin presión las paredes del espacio hueco del molde de fundición.
