Abstract
Perfeccionamientos en hornos de tratamiento termoquímico de metales, tales como por ejemplo acero o aleaciones de acero y ello por bombardeo iónico, comprendiendo estos hornos una estructura tal que se puede llevar y mantener el gas que sirve para el tratamiento a una presión muy baja, caracterizados porque comprenden al menos un ánodo y varios cátodos en los que se puede disponer las piezas a tratar, conectándose el ánodo y los cátodos a al menos una fuente de alimentación de alta tensión por medio de conjuntos de conmutación y/o de ruptura de arco conectados en paralelo.
